This month, we all stand together to raise awareness about suicide prevention, break the silence around mental health struggles, and remind our community that help is always within reach. At T.R.U.C.3 Inc., we know that many young people, families, and community members are silently carrying pain. Our misssion is to create safe spaces where conversations about mental health are not hidden, but heard - with compassion, education, and support.
